Apple River Tubing takes lazy river fun to the next level with over THREE miles of river adventure for the entire family! We provide the tubes and transportation. All you need is a good time. Beat the heat with a day on the river!

Enjoy three and a half miles of lazy river tubing on the Apple River! We have been making memories on the river since the early 1970s and have everything you need for a great time on the water. Our tubing rates include private landing access, river tubes, and bus transportation. River’s Edge tubing welcomes groups of all sizes and ages, starting at five years old! An adult must accompany children under 18 years old. Life jackets are recommended for all tubers.

Tubing is First Come, First Serve

  • Hours: Sunday-Thursday 10am- 4pm, Last Shuttle 7pm
  • Hours: Friday-Saturday 10am-5pm, Last Shuttle 8pm
  • All tubes must be returned by 7pm (Sunday-Thursday) & 8pm(Friday-Saturday) to avoid additional charges.
  • Parking: $5.00
  • Twine to tie tubes together is available for a $1 fee (three 10ft ties).
  • Floating down the river takes between 2.5- 3.5 hours.
  • No glass or styrofoam.
  • Personal tubes or rafts same cost as tube rental per river entry. This includes your shuttle back.
  • Restrooms and showers are available.
  • Life jackets are available however minimal quantity.
  • Reservations not required.

Enjoy the river in a whole different way!

Float down in a 500 gallon cattle tank meant for groups of 4-6 people. Each tank is equipped with benches, adult life jackets and two paddles. A space in the middle can accommodate a cooler with snacks and drinks. Tanking down the river is a family activity, so adult beverages are allowed, but there is a limit. Each tank has a minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 6. Each group must have at least one person 18 or older per tank. No kegs, glass, styrofoam, pets or lewd behavior.

  • A $50 refundable deposit is required for tank rentals.
  • Minimum of 4 riders and maximum 6 riders for each tank.; minimum $100
  • Weight limit is 1000 lbs
  • Valid ID is required.
  • One legal adult in each tank is required.
  • Riders 12 and under are required to wear a life vest.
  • No glass, styrofoam, kegs, hard liquor, or pets are allowed inside the tanks.
  • Please help us keep the Apple River clean and do not litter!

There is NO LIFEGUARD on duty. Safety is your responsibility. Tubing on rivers is an outdoor and unpredictable experience. Tube at your own discretion. At times other restrictions may be put in place due to river conditions.
